Jordan D. Hankey has 17 years of litigation experience and is admitted to practice law in all of California’s State and Federal courts, in addition to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Hankey began his legal career as an associate attorney with Hager & Dowling for two and a half years, with an emphasis on insurance law, personal injury and products liability. His experience with an insurance defense firm is invaluable as he obtained insight regarding insurer’s procedures when processing, investigating and evaluating bodily injury claims.

After working in insurance defense Mr. Hankey’s practice has focused on representing injured persons. He has extensive experience investigating and prosecuting automobile accident cases, premises liability cases, medical malpractice cases, government tort claims and elder abuse cases. Mr. Hankey is a passionate and zealous advocate for his clients.
